The Black Sheep Tours Policies

Payments

Full payment (tour price/person plus tax and 20% gratuity) is required upon reservation. Black Sheep Tours will pay out 100% of the gratuities to your servers at each establishment for their services.

Refund Policy

Black Sheep Tours will work hard to accommodate all our guests’ needs.  We know that things happen and changes in schedules can be unpredictable. For full refund, cancellations must be made 14 or more days before your tour date. Cancellations made 3 – 13 days before your tour date, will result in a 50% refund. Cancellations made 2 days or less before the tour date will be non-refundable.

There is no refund or reduction in price if fewer people than were reserved show up the day of the tour. All reservations are subject to change at any time.

Damage Policy

Customers will sign a contract before the tour stating that they are responsible for all damage done to the vehicle during the tour. Pictures will be taken inside of the vehicle before the tour by our drivers. Interior clean-up fee will be $300 for excessive spills, disinfecting due to sickness, etc.

Behavior Policy

Any disruptive or obnoxious behavior or being "cut off" at venue will result in termination of tour. Guests will be taken back to their place of pickup, no refunds. No one under 21 allowed, all IDs will be checked before boarding vehicle so please bring them. No pets allowed.

Pickup/drop-offs outside the city limits

Black Sheep Tours is a Fredericksburg-based company.  All pickups within 10 miles of the city limits are included in the tour price. Additional arrangements can be made if discussed at time of booking.
